Closing event
On June 24th, we had our event Immersive Innovations in Healthcare: Bridging Rehabilitation, Science & Technology. the closing event of the TETRA research project XRehab, at Howest in Kortrijk.
There you could discover the many possibilities of immersive technologies - including Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), and Mixed Reality (MR) - in contemporary healthcare. By focusing on direct real-world applications, you had the opportunity to learn from clinical experts how VR, AR, and MR can be integrated into rehabilitation programs, and the benefits they offer in terms of patient engagement, recovery pathways, and treatment effectiveness.
You also had the opportunity to test different applications during the XR market.
